With certain hotels, you may be presented with the option to pay online immediately or to pay later at the hotel / resort itself. If you select the option to pay online immediately, you will be charged by HotelStay.in ™ India the amount in the currency that you select immediately. Travel agents / trusted partners have many options on HotelStay.in ™ to help them find the perfect hotel / resort / offer / promotions. The “sort” settings allow trusted partners (agents) to order search results to their preference, whether based on price, verified hotel partner, or other criteria. The “filter” settings also allow trusted partner to include or exclude various options to suit their hospitality needs. If no options are selected, HotelStay.in ™ will show a range of relevant options in the search results. In our default sort of “Circle”, the sort order reflects the relevance of properties to your search criteria, as we want to make sure you are able to quickly and easily find the offer / promotions that is right for you. We measure relevance by taking into account factors like a property’s location, the quality of the content provided by the property, and the competitiveness of the property’s rates and availability, and promptness to response. Additionally, HotelStay.in ™ continually optimizes our service to provide the best experience to business agents. Accordingly, we may test different default sort order algorithms from time to time. Changes - We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the GRAB OFFER published by verified Hotel Partner or to restrict its availability to any agent, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the GRAB OFFER. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
